This website is operated by Burning Rite. The terms "I," "me," and "my" refer to Burning Rite. The use of my website and purchase of services through the online shop are subject to the following terms, and conditions, as they are amended on occasion. Please review the terms carefully as they apply to all users of my website, including without limitation, users who are browsers, customers, clients, and/or contributors of content. If you access, and use this website, you accept, and agree to comply with the Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access my website, use it's services, or purchase services through the online shop. 

You acknowledge that my tarot readings are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, other healthcare service, or the professional advice for which I am not qualified. In these cases, I will recommend that you seek guidance from qualified professional.  

You acknowledge that any predictions of the future are not absolute, or guaranteed outcomes. The predictions are merely expressions of opinion. The predictions are based on the current events, and the outcome can be influenced by decisions, and choices made of your own volition from the moment the tarot reading is delivered to your email. 

Ethics Statement
All tarot readings are kept confidential, and are not shared with third parties without express permission of the client.
I perform tarot readings honestly, compassionately, supportively, and to the best of my ability.
I will not perform tarot readings for the following:

• persons under the age of eighteen
• to solve crimes
• to pick lottery numbers
• to predict exact days of events including but not limited to death dates, day one will get married, etc.
• reading about past lives
• readings about soul mates or twin flames
• reading about pregnancy
• to diagnose/cure/treat illness, or disease
• to read about possible demon possession.

I reserve the right to decline performing a tarot reading which violates my personal ethics, or the Terms read here. 

Cancelation Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy

If for any reason, either illness or personal, I am unavailable, or unable to perform your tarot reading, I will give you a full refund. You will have the opportunity to book another tarot reading with me. 

Refunds will only be given with mutual agreement when the tarot reading itself has not been performed. No refunds will be issued if you do not like your reading for any reason. I cannot be responsible for your mental, and/or emotional reactions to the reading itself. I do not accept returns or exchanges. This is without exception. 

Delivery

All orders are delivered via email within forty-eight hours of purchase.
